Her coat is Burberry. In the HQ pictures you can see the word Burberry on the coat buttons. Here's the exact coat:

The dress, well it's hard to tell, thought someone did mention it might be Prada. That they have seen dresses from the new collection with simliar color and pattern. No exact match so this dress might not be on display yet if it is Prada.

The one from the GoF premiere had studs, or whated you call it, on the handle. But it's the same one she had on the Issa show, not that it helps much.
